ÖZET
Literatürde OPU (oosit pick-up) öğrenilmesi kolay komplikasyon oranı düşük bir prosedür olarak tanımlanmıştır.Ancakbu işlemler sırasında organ ve damar yaralanmaları başta olmak üzere birçok komplikasyon olası risk dahilindedir. OPU sonrası 8. saatte karın ağrısı ve işeme güçlüğü ile kliniğimize başvuran hastanın yapılan USG de mesanede glob görünümü tespit edildi, Mesane içersinde en büyüğü 44x38 mm boyutlarında multipl heterojen ekojeniteler izlendi.Foley sonda ile irrigasyona ragmen devam eden hematüri nedeni ile sistoskopi yapıldı .Sistoskopide mesane kubbesinde izlenen aktif kanama odağı koterize edildi. Risk faktörü barındıran vakalarda, postoperatif ağrı nedenleri arasında hemodinamiyi dahi bozabilecek ve cerrahi gerektirebilecek mesane yaralanması akla gelmeli ve ayırıcı tanı ivedilikle yapılmalıdır.
ABSTRACT
In literature, OPU has been defined as a procedure with a low complication rate that is easy to learn. However, there are risks of organ and vascular injuries and other complications during these procedures. The patient who applied to our clinic with abdominal pain and voiding difficulty 8 hours after OPU, a globe appearance in the bladder was detected on USG. Multiple heterogeneous echogenicities were observed in the bladder, the largest of which was 44x38 mm in size. Cystoscopy was performed due to ongoing hematuria despite irrigation with a foley catheter. Cautery was applied to the active bleeding focus, which was observed in the bladder dome in cystoscopy. In cases with risk factors, bladder injury, which may even disrupt hemodynamics and require surgery, should be considered among the causes of postoperative pain, and a differential diagnosis should be made immediately.
